Martin Duffy

Managing Partner | Co-Owner

A Dublin native, Martin grew up in Portmarnock and studied Journalism in university in England. He has been working in the technology market, recruiting C-level and leadership professionals into an array of different roles within leading industries. He has worked for both medium and large-sized recruitment companies at managerial and director level and has built very strong long-lasting relationships within the market. As co-owner and managing partner, he has huge global ambitions for Hadfield Green and is looking forward to scaling the company and pushing International growth.

Neil Sullivan

UK-born & adopted Irishman, Neil has been working in the IT industry for 14+ years. A Business Information Systems graduate from Dublin Business School with a huge breadth of experience in the staffing industry (contract, permanent & executive search). Neil invests heavily in authentic relationships and always goes the extra mile for the people he represents. A passion for helping companies scale their business by offering unprecedented insights into the market and ensuring success is accelerated by hiring the right leadership team. Neil founded Hadfield Green in 2019 with the vision of being the leading search firm for hiring technology leaders. Neil has ambitious plans for Hadfield Green and through customer success will drive International growth and success for all.
