VP Equity Investments – International PE Firm
The company:
A global investment holding company which invests in public and private companies.
Location:
Based in London. They also have offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dubai and Switzerland.
The role:
- pre-investment opportunity selection, review and analysis
- preparation of final investment recommendations to the investment committee
- coordination of all aspects in relation to transactions (commercial negotiations, contract drafting, operational, financial and legal due diligence, valuation of target assets, etc)
- collaborate closely with senior management of portfolio companies
- monitoring of existing portfolio companies including: definition and development of business strategy, review operational performance, review external growth strategies/opportunities o support capital markets initiatives – industry, geopolitical and macro trend monitoring.
The ideal candidate:
- Bulge Bracket Training now working within Private Equity for 2+ years
- Equity buy-side – private markets
- Direct transaction execution experience/skill is a must
- Entrepreneurial/creative mindset
- German speaking is a plus, but not a requirement
