We’re looking for a QA Leader to drive strategic quality initiatives across multiple delivery streams. This is not a people-heavy management role — it’s about strategy, alignment, and transformation.

✅ Dublin-based (Hybrid – Onsite Wednesdays)

Your Mission:

🚀 Lead QA across 5–6 squads

🚀 Define and unify test strategy, planning, and execution

🚀 Align teams on metrics, standards, and best practices

🚀 Be the bridge between Product, Delivery, and Engineering

🚀 Champion centralised thinking in a currently siloed environment

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience in enterprise environments with complex business & tech landscapes

🔹 Confident communicator who can “manage up” and influence at exec level

🔹 Not ultra-technical but fluent in modern QA (APIs, Web, Mobile)

🔹 Track record of driving QA transformation and test automation at scale

🔹 Ability to bring people with you – but not afraid to call BS when needed

Context:

~55 QAs, but little consistency or shared strategy. This role exists to break the silos and set a unified QA vision. You’ll need scars, war stories — and yes, I will ask you about them.
