Location: Dublin | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

This is a pivotal role in a single-product business that acts as the strategic link between sales, product, and customer success. About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager will be the glue that connects teams and strategies, transforming customer insights into compelling go-to-market (GTM) plans. You’ll own the process of translating features into benefits, crafting messaging that drives adoption, and ensuring alignment across the business. This is a rare opportunity to define product marketing in a profitable, fast-growing SaaS business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new features and products.
- Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and use insights to optimise positioning.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create impactful sales enablement tools and messaging.
- Drive lead generation, improve product adoption, and track key performance metrics.
- Act as a central point of alignment across sales, product, and customer success teams.

- Experience: Proven experience in a dedicated Product Marketing Manager role in a SaaS product business targeting SMBs.
