Role Overview:
- Take ownership of the trade surveillance product strategy, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and market needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and senior management to deliver product success and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring clear communication of product requirements and overseeing the development process.
- Act as the key stakeholder for product success, driving product positioning, sales enablement, and market penetration.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, with a focus on trade surveillance or risk and compliance software.
- Core Expertise:
- Experience in security trading or trade surveillance.
- Prior roles in Product Manager or Product Management.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Risk and compliance expertise, preferably from the banking side.
- Familiarity with trade surveillance systems.
- Product Development:
- Strong track record of product development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Industry Background:
- Experience on the software vendor side is preferred.
- Ideally, a candidate who understands bank-side compliance processes.
