The Role
- Lead the KYO (Know your obligations) product strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the go-to expert for the product, working closely with engineering, and senior leadership.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from market research and strategy to delivery and performance tracking.
- Work directly with key (FS) clients and stakeholders to ensure the product remains competitive and meets regulatory needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years in Product Manager or Product Management.
- Domain Knowledge: Risk and compliance expertise, preferably from the banking side.
- Familiarity with KYO (Know your obligation)
- Strong track record of product development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience on the software vendor side is preferred.
- Ideally, a candidate who understands bank-side compliance processes.
