Our client is an Asset Management Conglomerate looking for a Head of Data Engineering. You’ll be at the forefront of their data strategy, leading a team of brilliant data engineers. Your role is pivotal in aligning data strategies with business objectives, providing insights for internal and external customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and lead a top-notch data engineering team.
• Collaborate with leadership to impact company strategy.
• Develop new techniques and data pipelines for valuable insights.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Design and execute a visionary data engineering roadmap.
• Own end-to-end pipelines and destinations for data transfer and storage.
• Manage 3rd-party resources and critical data integration vendors.
• Provide training on data engineering topics to other team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading data engineering teams.
• Proven experience with data warehousing, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
