We are seeking an accomplished Director of Agile Program Management for a global leader in compliance technology. This is an opportunity to shape program delivery for the entire company.
You are an experienced leader in agile software delivery with a proven track record of successful program execution, in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. You understand how to build and scale Agile frameworks while also appreciating the structured approach of Waterfall program governance.
In this role, you will:
- Define and refine agile and non-agile program governance to drive successful project outcomes.
- Lead a team of Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and Analysts to deliver high-quality software services. 7 in total direct reports.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, ensuring best practices are followed across all projects.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams to coordinate initiatives and deliver key projects on time and on budget.
- Communicate key performance metrics effectively to stakeholders, driving quality and customer satisfaction.
- Report to the CIO
