The Role:
Hadfield Green has been retained to search for a Chief Product Delivery Officer (CPDO) to oversee their global software development and support organisation.
- Reporting to the CEO, this role involves leading a team of over 150 across Europe, India, and the US.
- The CPDO’s responsibilities include enhancing capacity, refining processes, and driving innovation to maintain industry leadership.
- The CPDO will collaborate with the Executive Team, manage a Product Delivery management team, and work closely with Product teams to deliver solutions efficiently.
- They’ll promote continuous improvement, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process.
- Additionally, the CPDO will collaborate with the PMO to optimise delivery programs, maintain or elevate quality standards, and support team members’ career development.
The ideal candidate:
- A background in commercial software development, experience with high-availability SaaS products, and strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to navigate strategic planning, process improvement, and agile practices while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
