Role Overview

As a Backend C# Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend services. You will work in a small, agile development team that embraces AI-assisted coding and automation to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality. Your work will directly contribute to the performance, scalability, and security of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using C#/.NET Core.
• Design and implement APIs and microservices to support web and mobile applications.
• Work with AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development efficiency and ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and legal experts to deliver high-impact features.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with legal industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Continuously explore new technologies, particularly AI-driven development tools, to improve our development processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a C#/.NET Core backend developer.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Advantageous: have worked with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or similar).
